Who we are

Austriq is a consultancy operated by Michael Wittinger that provides digital product execution, AI workflow implementation, and European healthtech commercialization support. This policy explains what personal data we collect through austriq.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us directly, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, the service area you select, and the contents of your message.
• Access cookies. If you open a protected area of the site (for example a gated current-project page), we store a strictly necessary cookie named austriq_project_<project>_access to remember that you have entered a valid access key. These cookies are required for the gated area to work and are not used for advertising or tracking.
• Technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to operate and secure the service.

We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site.

How we use your information

Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards offered by the relevant provider.

Data retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, after which it is deleted. Access cookies expire or can be cleared from your browser at any time. Technical logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard schedule.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
